The General Sales Terms are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties to the online sale transaction and are valid between Ceramiche Liberati, as a seller and the user or any person, hereinafter referred to as the “buyer”, which makes online purchases of one or more products at www.liberati.net. All changes to these terms of sale will be posted on www.liberati.net and will be applied to purchases subsequent to this change. All users are invited to consult the General Sales Terms section before each purchase. These General Sales Conditions govern actual purchases on the www.liberati.net/shop site in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Consumption Code, Legislative Decree no. n. 206/2005, as amended by D.lgs. n. 21/2014 and D.lgs. 70/2003 on electronic commerce. All products made by Ceramiche Liberati are crafted and handmade, each product sheet contains information about the product and any precautions, as well as the intended use, useful for the purpose of fruition and product safety. Before purchasing the order, the buyer is obliged to take a look at the product characteristics, which are described in the individual product sheets and are then informed about the following issues: material, price, size and weight of the object, 2% compared to the values indicated in the card (being handmade); In each description, if the work is entirely hand-made, in this case a special certificate of guarantee will be attached to the craftsmanship, or if the technique of “digital ceramic fire-proof printing” is used. The photographs of the products presented on www.liberati.net are not a contractual element, as they are only representative. The photographic images of the products have been made in optimal conditions with professional instrumentation, however, depending on the screen of the device from which the picture is displayed the colors may vary in tone. Small imperfections and differences, which may arise, are the result of the craftsmanship of the product and do not involve the replacement of the product. All of our products comply with the requirements of the 2005/31 / EC Directive amending the 84/500 / EEC and the EC Regulation No. 1935/2004 concerning foodstuffs intended to come into contact with food.
Ceramiche Liberati also executes commission work, with extensive customization (also with the use of digital-focused printing). Any customization requirements for an existing product may result in an increase or decrease in the purchase price, so they must be agreed by e-mail at info@liberati.net, indicating in the subject of the “Quotation Request”.
Certain types of articles of “Ceramiche Liberati” are unique and exclusive artistic creations, available in a single non-reproducible specimen. This feature is indicated on the product tab in the “Description” section. In other cases, the availability of the products refers to the availability of the physical store when the buyer makes the order. However, considering the possibility of multiple users on the site at the same time, availability should be considered as indicative because the products could be sold to other users before the end of the order. Only the payment methods listed on the site are allowed: PayPal, mark, bank transfer. Once the payment has been verified, the seller agrees to ship the product to the address indicated within 2 working days from the date of credit. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer according to the delivery methods selected at the time of order. The terms for delivery of the product are indicated in the delivery options according to the availability of the warehouse. The seller can not be held liable for delays in delivery due to freight transport (due to force majeure, strikes, weather) as well as delays due to errors in the delivery address communication communicated by the buyer at the time of delivery, purchase. Ceramic products must be handled with care and maintenance must be carried out properly, as described on the product card according to the workings and materials used. Damaged or broken products will not be replaced after acceptance of the parcel delivered by the courier.
