Hand-painted artisanal ceramic knob model Sipario

The hand-painted majolica knob with Sipario decoration was crafted artisanally by Liberati Workshop, finished and assembled by hand. Ceramiche Liberati produces a wide range of porcelain and majolica knobs available in different sizes and with different bases: brass, bronze, chrome or entirely ceramic. The knobs models distinguish depending on their shape and decoration and are categorized according to the material they are made of: majolica or porcelain.

Each knob is supplied with a standard 20 x 4 mm steel screw and is immediately ready to be used for furniture, sideboards, wardrobe, windows, doors, shutters, dressers or other doors of various kinds and material. Once purchased, the ceramic knob is easy to apply on the furniture: just insert the screw into the hole on the furniture and use a screwdriver to make sure the knob is well screwed.

Name description of “Sipario” decoration

The knob decoration is entirey handmade with the brush technique and ceramic colors in yellow, orange and green shades. The name Sipario (Itaian for curtain) was chosen because of the flutting lines surrounding the decoration which remind the opening and closing curtains at the beginning or the ending of a show. This object is part of a handmade reproducible series, so its decoration may vary even if keeping the same features. For different knob sizes, the decoration, while maintaining the features illustrated, is resized according to the proportions of the top of the ceramic knob.

Each model and type of knob decoration corresponds to a line of home accessories such as handles, knobs, coat racks, switch cover, etc. Currently, only knobs are available on our site, but you can ask for further information at info@liberati.net.

Sizes of the ceramic knob

The hand-painted ceramic knob Sipario is available for online purchase in two different sizes:
Large – height 2,8 cm x diameter 3,3; weight: 27 g.
Medium – height 2,2 cm x width 2,6; weight: 10 g.

All the artifacts made by Ceramiche Liberati Workshop are subject to strict quality control, respecting the requirements of an excellent aesthetic taste. The photo with the screw representation attached to this product fiche is for illustrative purposes only. When purchasing the knob, a Guarantee Certificate will be attached to prove the craftsmanship of the work.
