The Italian ceramic spoon rest is crafted and decorated by hand and it is made with artisanal methods and materials suitable for food use. Each phase of the making of the spoonrest, from moulding to decoration, follows the best artisanal tradition of Italian ceramic making.
The decoration Teate has a light background, indeed the glazed used is antique white, while the painting is a monochrome floral band in the shades of blue. On every object crafted by Ceramiche Liberati, the “Teate” decoration is a central monochrome floral band, with waving lines or arches that surround the motif. The painted flowers are some small five-petals violets, spaced out by soft-curved branches enriched by long-shaped leaves. One of the typical elements of the “Teate” decoration are four or five dots, on the curve of the peduncle in the internal part of the floral band.
The spoon rest is a useful tool to use during the preparation of your favorite dishes. It is easy to clean with a moist cloth and can also be washed in the dishwasher at max 60°. When purchasing the object, a Guarantee Certificate will be attached to prove the craftsmanship of the work.
