The hand-painted porcelain knob Firenze was crafted artisanally by Liberati Workshop using the finest Italian porcelain, finished and assembled by hand. Ceramiche Liberati produces a wide range of porcelain and majolica knobs available in different sizes and with different bases: brass, bronze, chrome or entirely ceramic.
The knobs models distinguish depending on their shape and decoration and are categorized according to the material they are made of: majolica or porcelain.Each knob is supplied with a standard 20 x 4 mm steel screw and is immediately ready to be used for furniture, sideboards, wardrobe, windows, doors, shutters, dressers or other doors of various kinds and material.
Once purchased, the ceramic knob is easy to apply on the furniture: just insert the screw into the hole on the furniture and use a screwdriver to make sure the knob is well screwed.
Name description of the porcelain knob “Firenze”
The name of the knob decoration is a tribute to the Italian city: Florence was founded during the spring of 59 BC. Its foundation ceremony occurred at the same time of the Roman spring celebration that, as a tribute to Flora, took place from April 28th to May 3rd. This kind of celebrations were called Ludi Florales, indeed the city took the name of Florentia because of the celebration of the spring blooming. The knob decoration represents a sunflower, symbol of cheerfulness and vivacity, painted in blue and orange tones.
Each model and type of knob decoration corresponds to a line of home accessories such as handles, knobs, coat racks, switch cover, etc. Currently, only knobs are available on our site, but you can ask for further information at info@liberati.net.

The hand-painted porcelain knob Firenze is available for online purchase in two different sizes:
Large – height 2,4 cm x diameter 3 cm; weight: 27 g.
Medium – height 2 cm x width 2,4; weight: 15 g.
All the artifacts made by Ceramiche Liberati Workshop are subject to strict quality control, respecting the requirements of an excellent aesthetic taste.
