The kitchen jars set with Fioraccio decoration is composed of 7 jars: sugar jar, coffee jar, table salt jar, cooking salt jar, salt jar with small bowl, onion jar and chili jar. All the ceramic kitchen jars have their ceramic lid. They are crafted and decorated by hand with the typical Abruzzo decoration “Fioraccio” by Ceramiche Liberati. Every of them is made with artisanal methods and materials suitable for food use. They can be washed in a dishwasher at max 60°. The objects are made of red clay, moulded and finished by hand; the glaze colour is cream.
“Fioraccio” is the most representative floral decoration of Abruzzo. It is usually painted on kitchen objects: jars, plates, spoon rests, coffee cups, trays, bowls, biscuit jars, etc. The decoration consists of handpainting seven wild flowers, typical of our territory, on a light-glazed object. Several ceramists in our region make this decoration, but the “Fioraccio Abruzzese” by Ceramiche Liberati is recognisable by its vivid colours.
The holes on the chili and onion jars allow to keep under control the dampness level in the jar, this reduces mold and bad smells formation.

Sugar jar 11,5 x 11 (cm), jar volume 0,5 kg of sugar;
Coffee jar 11,5 x 13 (cm), jar volume: 0,250 kg of ground coffee;
Table salt jar 11,5 x 15.5 (cm), jar volume: 0,750 kg of table salt;
Cooking salt jar 14 x 15.5 (cm), jar volume: 1kg of cooking salt;
Salt jar with bowl 15 x 16 (cm), jar volume: 0,750 kg of table or cooking salt;
Onion jar 14 x 18 (cm), jar volume: 2 or 3 average onions;
Chili jar 9,5 x 11 (cm), the jar volume depends on the chili type.
When purchasing, to each object there will be attached a Guarantee Certificate as a warranty of the craftsmanship of the product.
