Modern ceramic centrepiece with pure gold
Modern ceramic centrepiece made of semirefractory clay with pure gold
The modern centrepiece is a unique piece and is made of white semirefractory clay, decorated with thick crystals and pure gold, cooked using the three-phase firing technique. The artefact is handmade and hand-decorated following the best artisanal ceramic tradition. The semi-refractory clay used for the making of the centrepiece has a high resistance to high temperatures and it is suitable to make ceramic objects even in large sizes.
The surface of the object has a grainy texture, this is reduced if the object surface is carefully glazed. The centrepiece is moulded by hand by the Master Giuseppe Liberati, the outer band has a complex decoration on the edge, painted using pure gold with a rich drilling and periodic geometric engravings all along the perimetric band. The centrepiece inner surface is enriched with thick crystals, the colours used for the decoration under the glasses are in the shades of blue, turquoise and red creating a perfect chromatic harmony. Because of its particular decoration and the attention to details, the centrepiece is an artwork with a modern and contemporary design with a great artistic depth, aimed to make your home elegant and refined.
The semi-refractory clay centrepiece is hand-moulded by the ceramist master Giuseppe Liberati and has his own signature. This artwork represents an unique piece of Italian contemporary ceramics.
