The oval, shiny white Iris knob is made of the finest Italian porcelain by Liberati Workshop, finished and assembled by hand. Ceramiche Liberati produces a wide range of porcelain and majolica knobs available in different sizes and with different bases: brass, bronze, chrome or entirely ceramic. The knobs models distinguish depending on their shape and decoration and are categorized according to the material they are made of: majolica or porcelain.
Each knob is supplied with a standard 20 x 4 mm steel screw and is immediately ready to be used for furniture, sideboards, wardrobe, windows, doors, shutters, dressers or other doors of various kinds and material. Once purchased, the ceramic knob is easy to apply on the furniture: just insert the screw into the hole on the furniture and use a screwdriver to make sure the knob is well screwed.
The name given to the knob “Iris” derives from the Greek Iride which literally means “rainbow”. In the Greek mythology, the Goddess who announces and gains favour with the rainbow is called Iride and, with the passing of the time, the term “Iris” began indicating the rainbow itself. In addition, in the botanical field, Iris is the name of a flower. The knob name derives from the similarity of the decorative elements placed symmetrically around the central square, recalling the path of the rainbow colors.

The oval, shiny white ceramic knob Iris with the entire ceramic structure is available online for purchase in three different sizes:
Large – height 3 cm, width 3,2 cm, length 4,3 cm; weight: 31 g.
Medium – height 2,4 cm x width 2,5 x length 3,6 cm; weight: 18 g.
Small – height 2,2 cm x width 2,2 x length 3,2 cm; weight: 11 g.
